The hotel complex consist of two hotels - Populus Garni designed for tourist clients and Populus Kongres designed for business clients. The equipment and service provided match the category of three stars hotels. The complex is situated in the quiet area of Žižkov - Prague 3, near the city centre with direct connection to bus service and underground stations - Želivského, Strašnická a Florenc.

- The Populus Kongres Hotel is designed for business clients. The layout of the hotel has been arranged with the business clients in mind. The hotel has 45 rooms, which are large and equipped with a desk, two phones, setellite, safe, TV and bathroom.
Rooms 3 NP are air-conditioned.
- Accomodation service - structure of rooms: 38 double rooms, 2 single-bed rooms, 5 apartmens.
